BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT:

- From Václav Havel Airport Prague, taking the 100 bus line for six stops from Terminal 1, Platform D, to Zličín; and from there on Platform 2 the yellow B underground line towards Černý Most to Vysočanská. It will leave you 300 m away from the venue, with a total expected travel time of around one hour.
- From Prague Main Station (Hlavní nádraží), the R21 and the S9 inner city trains both go to the Praha-Vysočany station, one stop away and a six-minute walk from the venue.

Public transports circulate with intervals ranging from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the time of day, for the bus, and 2-10 minutes for the underground.

A basic 90 min ticket costs 32 Kč (1,30€) for 90 min of unlimited travel, and can be purchased at electronic kiosks in metro stations, at public transit information centres, at some tobacco shops, and directly from the driver  (a slightly more expensive option). 

Transports are for the most part wheelchair accessible, including the underground stations closest to the venue, although some other stations are not.

BY TAXI:

- From Václav Havel Airport Prague, the ride lasts on average about 33 mins, with expected costs around 865 Kč (35,21€).
- From Prague Main Station (Hlavní nádraží), the trip lasts about 15 minutes for an expected cost of about 330 Kč (13,43€).  

Payment is usually done by cash, with some taxis accepting credit cards.

While participants are free to arrange their own accommodation, it is possible to book it at the same venue - Clarion Congress Hotel Prague -  with preferential rates available to Symposium participants under the following link.

On November 16^th, the Symposium’s Gala Dinner will be hosted at the restaurant Červený Jelen - Hybernská 1034/5, 110 00, Prague 1 - from 19h00 until 23h30.

There is a direct underground line between the Clarion Congress Hotel  (Vysočanská stop) and the restaurant (Náměstí Republiky stop). The whole journey from door to door takes around 20 min.

The Gala Dinner fee is 45 € including drinks.
